Melodio ("we", "our", or "the app") is a music recommendation app that analyzes photos using AI to suggest Spotify tracks that match the mood and vibe of your moment. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Information We Collect

Melodio does not create user accounts and does not store any personal data on our servers.

When you use the app, the following data is processed:

• Photos: Images you select or capture are sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter / Anthropic Claude) for real-time analysis. Photos are never stored — they are processed in-memory and discarded immediately after analysis.
• Mood / Location text: Optional text you enter to describe your mood or location is sent alongside the photo for better recommendations. This data is not retained.
• Spotify data: Melodio connects to Spotify's public API to search for tracks. We do not access your Spotify account, history, or personal playlists.

2. Third-Party Services

Melodio uses the following third-party services:

• OpenRouter / Anthropic Claude — AI photo analysis. OpenRouter Privacy Policy
• Spotify Web API — Music search and track data. Spotify Privacy Policy

These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

3. Data Retention

We do not retain any user data. Photos and text inputs are sent directly to third-party AI APIs and are not logged, stored, or shared by us beyond what is necessary to generate music recommendations.

4. Children's Privacy

Melodio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

Melodio, fotoğraflarınızı yapay zeka ile analiz ederek anınızın havasına uygun Spotify şarkıları öneren bir müzik uygulamasıdır. Gizliliğinizi korumayı taahhüt ediyoruz.

1. Topladığımız Bilgiler

Melodio kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmaz ve sunucularımızda kişisel veri saklamaz.

Uygulamayı kullanırken şu veriler işlenir:

• Fotoğraflar: Seçtiğiniz veya çektiğiniz görseller, gerçek zamanlı analiz için yapay zeka sağlayıcımıza (OpenRouter / Anthropic Claude) gönderilir. Fotoğraflar hiçbir zaman saklanmaz — analiz sonrası anında silinir.
• Ruh hali / Konum metni: Girdiğiniz isteğe bağlı metin, daha iyi öneriler için fotoğrafla birlikte gönderilir. Bu veriler saklanmaz.
• Spotify verisi: Melodio, şarkı aramak için Spotify'ın açık API'sini kullanır. Spotify hesabınıza, dinleme geçmişinize veya çalma listelerinize erişmiyoruz.

2. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

• OpenRouter / Anthropic Claude — Yapay zeka fotoğraf analizi
• Spotify Web API — Müzik arama ve şarkı verileri

3. Veri Saklama

Herhangi bir kullanıcı verisi saklamıyoruz. Fotoğraf ve metin girdileri doğrudan yapay zeka API'lerine iletilir; tarafımızca günlüğe kaydedilmez, saklanmaz veya paylaşılmaz.

4. Çocukların Gizliliği

Melodio 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.
